EFFICIENCY
In just a single 20 minute session per week, you waste no time and get maximum results. Our method has been shown to grow more muscle strength and bone density than any other technique.

Your workout is completely personalized to you: your goals, your fitness level, your existing injuries, etc. We will make adjustments as your goals and capacities change. With my personal attention on you 100% during each workout, results come fast. Two people focused on one workout is much more effective than working out on your own or in a group setting.

To be honest, I have been on a journey to healing my body through time-tested, natural methods since I was diagnosed with the auto-immune disease known as “Type 1 Diabetes” at the age of 20. In fact, with a culture that found my childhood body “too fat”, I had been subjected to more diets than I can count, beginning at age 7, by the time of my T1D diagnosis. While I have definitely happened upon some amazing healers, remedies, practices and wisdom in my pursuit over these 33 years (so far), nothing has yet been more transformative and truly healing than this workout method.
I overcame the arthritis pain from 40+ bone spurs in my knee after the first 5 sessions of doing this technique. That was in early 2016 and I haven’t looked back. Inspired by such an incredible turn in my own health, and wishing to share this little-known and little-practiced technique with others I knew could benefit from it, I changed careers and became a certified coach in this method in 2018. Every time I share this with a new person, I am reinvigorated witnessing the swift and powerful transformations in those clients who really take to this exercise method. While scientific studies have shown our slow-motion technique to create noticeable changes after approximately 24 sessions for anyone who does it consistently, new clients frequently tell me of improvements they notice after one or two sessions.
